  1. I am a former Applebees sever. The company does not support the staff as well as it should. My co-workers have been spit on with no management help, I have been call racial slurs and given no money. The servers make $2.65 an hour and depend on tips they earn serving people. SHAME ON YOU for firing that girl, you should have given her the 18% she earned, after all it is your policy that allowed a gratuity to protect the workers from cheap and rude “guests”.
